Payments and Insurance Plans
We offer a variety of payment options to ease any financial concerns, in order to allow you to obtain the dental treatment that is needed -- as our goal is your optimal oral health. As such, we recommend necessary and prudent dental treatment, independent of any insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we offer several payment options including cash, checks, debit and credit cards (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), CareCredit with no interest payment plans and insurance payments.
We are participating providers in PPO dental insurance plans from Cigna, Principal, Ameritas, Aetna, Assurant, Connection Dental plus Delta Dental Premier and BCBS (Blue Choice 300). We accept payment from other insurance plans at our fees; and as a courtesy, we will file a claim with your primary insurance provider.
As a small business, we depend upon your payment on the date of treatment, less any estimated payment from your insurance provider. Typically, dental insurance plans do not provide the as much coverage as medical plans on non-routine treatments. We will work with you to estimate your plan's coverage and to develop a comfortable financial arrangement for your budget.
