Payments and Insurance Plans
We offer a variety of payment options to ease any financial concerns, in order to allow you to obtain the dental treatment that is needed -- as our goal is your optimal oral health. As such, we recommend necessary and prudent dental treatment, independent of any insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we offer several payment options including cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), insurance payments, and financing plans from CareCredit.
We are participating providers in PPO insurance plans from Cigna, Delta Dental, Principal, BCBS, Ameritas, and Mutual of Omaha. We accept payment from other insurance plans at our fees; and as a courtesy, we will file a claim with your primary insurance provider.
As a small business, we depend upon your payment on the date of treatment, less any estimated payment from your insurance provider. Typically, dental plans do not provide the same coverage as medical plans. We will work with you to estimate your plan's coverage and to develop a comfortable financial arrangement for your budget.
